    Mudit Saxena

    General Manager and Partner

    Mudit Saxena have worked in C Suite roles in five countries with CEOs and Boards over the last 3 decades (2 decades in UAE and Middle East) building businesses and developing leaders. He had worked with Digital and offline Retail banks, Fintech, Startups, Media and Manufacturing.
    During his stint in UAE and Middle East over 2 decades, he has held various Senior management positions in Banks including Head of Retail, Digital and Marketing Commercial Bank of Dubai. Commercial Bank International and Head of Marketing & Products with Emirates NBD.

    • Increased productivity by 35% by Building a Sales and Service culture in the network of 59 branches
    • Conceptualised and created the Direct Sales Network which improved Sales by 40%
